How to view and book events.
All the centre's events are listed below. Browse the events and take note of the event numbers. Once you have decided you can click the link to the booking form, fill it in and submit it. PLEASE NOTE, YOU CAN ONLY BOOK 1 EVENT AT A TIME, FOR ADDITIONAL EVENTS YOU WILL NEED TO START A NEW BOOKING PROCESS A deposit of £5 must be included with a booking slip and this is non-refundable. Alternatively, you can book on the website and send the deposit via cheque or bank transfer, the details of this are above. The amount will be deducted from the cost of the event. If you wish to pay a deposit via cheque a minimum of £5 is required, and is non-refundable. Please ring the Event Marshal to ensure there is space before sending a booking slip or deposit. If booking online, please contact the marshal to ensure your booking has been received. Events that are awaiting Marshals, your booking will be held with the Event secretary and passed on to the Marshals when known.

EVENT No 03 BESIDE THE CANAL MINNOWS TOURING PARK - TIVERTON
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN ADULT ONLY SITE (14 YEARS AND OVER) DIRECTIONS – From the M5 South: Leave at Junction 27 onto the A361 signposted to Tiverton and Barnstaple. After 600 metres leave at the first exit signposted Sampford Peverell. Turn right at the roundabout and cross the bridge to the second roundabout. Go straight on and the park entrance is on your left. Minnows is a small and intimate touring park beside The Grand Western Canal, ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing and fishing, or as a convenient centre for touring.

Marshalling an event
Could you be an Event Marshal?
In order that we may enjoy our events to the full we need Event Marshals to help run them.
Helping and supporting the Centre in this way is well worth doing as without Event Marshals the Centre cannot function.
Please remember it’s your event and you can make it as simple or as complicated as you wish. It is not a competition to see who can make the biggest event. Whatever you plan, you can be assured that any of the Centre Committee Members will be willing to help and offer any guidance or advice you may need.
Oh and don't forget, event Marshals and assistants get free pitches at most of the sites we attend.
Should you require more information why not join us at the Chairman’s welcome Event along with all the other Marshals and Assistants and during the meeting all questions relating to events will be answered.
