PICTURES AND VIDEO ….At West Dorset Centre We often take pictures at many of our events and have been asked to publish the following article after guidance from CAMC Headquarters:
‘Photography/videography may be taken at our Centre’s events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and/or video(s) they take that includes you, your party and/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, e.g. websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being filmed/photographed.
We may also publish your name, centre and registration plate on any attendance list at rallies. If you do not want this information mentioned, please mention it in the ADDITIONAL REQUESTS BOX on the on line booking form or your rally slip.

Personal data you provide the centre is collected and processed for the soul purpose of the inclusion and publication of the Rally Programme and the running of west dorset Centres rally events.
CENTRE PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice is for Caravan and Motorhome Club members who have joined or wish to join a Centre (you). This notice explains how the Caravan and Motorhome Club (us, we, the Club) will use your personal data during your membership of the Centre. Our Centres are part of the Club and are run on a voluntary basis by elected committees of Club members according to the Club’s Centre Rules. This means that the Club is the data controller of the personal data used to run each Centre. You can read more about Centres and find the Centre Rules here.
If you join a Centre, the Centre will collect the following personal data about you:
Membership number, Name, Telephone number, Email address, Home address
Other personal data relevant to Centre activities, such as your vehicle registration number and photographs, may also be processed.
The Centre will use this personal data to administer and communicate with you about your membership of the Centre and about events and activities run by the Centre. The Centre will also use the personal data to enable you to take part in committee elections, including if you decide to stand for election yourself.
The Club’s legal basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is that the Club has a legitimate interest in operating the Centre and administering your membership of it and the processing is necessary to achieve these purposes.
The personal data used by the Centre is generally data that you give the Club when you become a member of the Club or renew your membership. Occasionally the Centre might ask you for other information where this is relevant to particular activities or events run by the Centre. If you prefer not to provide the information you may not be able to take part in those activities or events.
When the Centre uses your personal data the Centre committee members have access to that personal data solely for the purpose of running the Centre.
The Centre will only share your personal data with third parties where this is necessary for the purposes outlined above, for example if a third party supplier is involved in hosting an event for the Centre and needs your information so that you can attend the event. The Club may occasionally need to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area as described in Section 3.9 of the Club’s Privacy Policy.

You have rights to control how the Club uses your data, including the right to ask us to stop using your data under certain circumstances.
