To pay for Rally Events with West Dorset Centre
Please do so via Bank transfer or BACS (Bankers automated clearing services)

Please pay the required deposit to secure your place, indicating the “rally event number and your surname”  Example “Rally Event 5 – smith” on the payment and confirm deposit payment to your rally event officers via email or phone.

Please make your final balance payment in line with the payment deadline (2 or 4 weeks) as listed on the rally event that you have booked.

We are accepting (and encouraging) payment via bank transfer. This is a fast, reliable and secure means of processing payments. The centre treasurer will be able to monitor and manage all payments with greater efficiency than ever before and the centre will benefit from fast direct payments straight into it’s account.
This will make the Marshalls job a lot easier than before as it will remove the need to manage lots of cheque’s and cash. The centre members will also benefit enormously as transactions will be streamlined and very easy to manage.

IN ALL INSTANCES PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE A BOOKING FORM AND YOU MUST SEND IT TO THE EVENT MARSHALS, THEY ARE IN THE EVENTS BOOK.

1.Bank transfer or BACS (Bankers automated clearing services) is our preferred method of payment as it is secure, instant and easily managed. In order to pay by bank transfer you will need to have online banking activated on your own bank, this is easily done via your banks website.

You can setup the West Dorset Centre as one of your receivers by using the following information. Once you have set this up there should be no need to enter the information again, the only thing you’ll change each time you use it is the reference.

Reference: This will be the rally number or name. It is very important that this is correct and included with the transfer as the centre treasurer will use this as a reference and advise the Marshall’s that you have paid.

2.Cheque This method of payment is still accepted but (as always) must be arranged with the Marshalls prior to attendance. Cheque’s must be accompanied by a fully completed booking slip and sent to the event Marshalls in plenty of time prior to the event. Cheque’s must be made payable only to CAMC West Dorset Centre.

3.Cash Not our favoured method but always an option, especially for those without cheque books or online banking. Again this must be arranged with the event Marshalls prior to attendance and the same rules apply in relation to the booking slip as stated above.
