The Annual General Meeting of the West Dorset Centre of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at 11.00am on Saturday 26th September 2026 at Portland Utd FC. As required by rule 6 (c) governing Centres, nominations for Officers or Committee signed by the nominee, must be in writing and in possession of the Centre Secretary by 2.00pm on Saturday 12 September 2026, fourteen days prior to the meeting. Formal notice of motions, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing by the Centre Secretary not later than 35 days prior to the meeting.
Only members who have submitted their Centre Registration Card not later than 7 days prior to the date of the meeting are entitled to speak or vote, although the Clubs Constitution does not forbid the admission of wives/husbands or other persons of the members’ families.
REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK OR VOTE IF YOU CANNOT SHOW IT
