URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT

FOR THOSE ATTENDING THIS RALLY PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE ROAD WORKS COMING ON TO THE TOP OF PORTLAND. LONG DELAYS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCED. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELVES ENOUGH TIME WHEN TRAVELLING

Come and join us at this popular venue for a long weekend of fun, laughter and live entertainment with the band “11th hour” to coincide with the Centres AGM on the Saturday morning.

Thursday 25th September – Monday 29th September 25 

DESCRIPTION: This is a 4 Night Event 

Directions: Portland Football Club, Portland. DT5 1DP

DIRECTIONS – Approach Portland on A354. Go to the top of the island, straight over roundabout. Easton Motors is on the right, Portland Heights Hotel is on the left. Approx. 300 yards further on the left is Chesil Beach Motors. After a further 300 yards turn let into Grove road. Portland Utd FC is 200 yards on the left opposite the football fields, watch out for WD signs

Event Information:

Thursday evening – Football Club Quiz Centre members are welcome to join in.

Friday evening – Curry Evening followed by dancing to 11th Hour. A first time appearance for this band at a West Dorset function.

Saturday morning – West Dorset AGM.

Saturday evening – Disco. A Grazing Board will be placed on each table for your enjoyment.

Sunday morning – Bacon rolls, tea & Coffee will be complimentary

Sunday evening – a cash/prize bingo.

Please note that £10 per head for all the food needs to be paid in cash on arrival. This does not include entry to the Quiz or for Bingo.

Please contact the Rally Marshals if you have a special dietary requirements.

PUFC has kindly given us use of a room within the club where members can gather and chat and have unlimited tea/coffee and biscuits provided by the centre.

A deposit of £10.00 is required to secure booking.

Event Opens:   12 Noon on 25th

You are welcome to arrive at 10.30 on the 25th but please be aware that CAMC insurance will not commence until the official rally start time of 12 noon.
