EVENT No 15 HOLIDAY EVENT - DAWLISH WARREN

DIRECTIONS – From M5 heading south, exit at junction 30. Go around the roundabout and take the A379. Stay on A379 for about 3 miles, cross over the river, at the next roundabout take 1st exit heading south on A379 (A379 splits at this roundabout). Stay on A379, go past the turning for LADY’S MILE camp site. Take next left into Warren Road, (where you see the petrol station), climb hill for approx ¼ mile, entrance to field is on the right. Look out for W/D signs. There is plenty to do for the whole family within a short distance of this site. You could catch a ferry to Exmouth and Torquay departing just 3 miles away, while Exeter, Newton Abbot, Babbacombe Model Village, Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Theme Park and Paignton Zoo are all around 20 miles away. Other places of interest in the area are Dawlish Town within walking distance. There is also a train that stops at the Warren which is a lovely ride along the coast. Then there’s the shops, restaurants, cafes, museum, riverside walks, and leisure complex.
