Use this form to request a booking at an event(s). Please note, your booking is not confirmed until the event marshals or event secretary confirm this with you directly.
You must ensure all information and payments are accurate otherwise the process will be delayed.
The centre treasurer will confirm receipt of funds via email.

You can ONLY book up to1 event at a time.

NO money is taken from you as part of this process, to make an online payment you will need to use your own online banking system. Helpful information can be found on our "How to pay" page.

The information will be sent to the rally secretary and treasurer. The secretary will record the information for their own records and forward this to the event marshals so that they can process the request. The marshals will then reply to you direct to advise if a pitch has been reserved for you.

If your request indicates that you have made an online payment then the treasurer will reply to you directly once funds are accounted for, copying in the event marshals.
